Our latest passion (besides our bikes and our gardens and cooking in general) – the Himalayan Salt Block – fabulous grilling on a charcoal grill. Today it’s Ahi tuna, peaches and fresh corn – and yes, of course I’ll bake some ciabatta to go with it! The end result is not saltiness so much as a very complex set of earthy flavors. Well worth the small cost. In biking news, we’re headed to a fabulous 4 day bike and R&R vacation in northern Michigan next week. Has anyone ever ridden the Leelanau trail?
