Tartes d’automne

A lazy fall day here in Dayton as we brace for the first significant cold of the season later this week.  We probably should have hit the bikes but instead, a little shopping, a cozy fire in the new wood stove and some baking.  These beauties are filled with organic apples, pears, pumpkin seeds (graines de citrouille), pomegranate seeds and plenty of cinnamon.  Bon appétit!
