Fussing around in the kitchen waiting for the snow and ice to pass so I can get back on the bike and get on with life! I converted what started out as a batch of sourdough baguettes, into a batch of rolls instead. No high-science here and a nice result. Baie bleus et pomme galettes with a bit of no-fat cream cheese in the dough on tap for tomorrow I think. . .might stop whining about last year’s mild winter too!
