Ma Boulangerie

Nice quiet Sunday here in Dayton. The week ahead looks pretty challenging with 3 mornings now that are forecast with wind chill effect temperatures considerably below zero.  I decided a few high octane rolls might be in order and threw in some grissini (bread sticks) for good measure. I left the organic grains I use in the picture just so you’d get an idea of how stout these energy rolls are.
