Bagels and Baguettes

Sunday, a day of rest and no bike.  The weather is still very wet and temperatures are dropping back toward normal highs in the 30s. The upcoming week looks very promising with a fair amount of sunshine and low to moderate winds (wind is a very fickle friend on a bike).  A few hundred miles this week – this early in the year – would be very satisfying.  Regarding the image below – as planned, off to church this morning and then a nice day in the oven!  These sourdough bagels are loaded with wheat, rye and barley grains (literally the seed grain) as well as fax seed and dried cranberries. Bon appétit !
