A friend of mine posted some galettes they had baked yesterday and I was reminded of my own endeavors a few years ago. For several months I experimented with crusts and fillings ranging from savory to fruit and nuts. This is a whole wheat with pears, blueberries, apples, walnuts and rosemary – probably my favorite. No bike today and it’s absolutely gorgeous out! Instead, a final foray to Easton Mall in Columbus to put the finishing touches on Christmas.
